Here's the latest news: Two new novellas announced! My novella KINGDOM OF SHADOWS is now available in digital (the paperback will be out in a few months). Also, Cemetery Dance announced my new novella CATCHING HELL is now up for preorder and will be released in hardcover early next year. Both are available at all the usual places and of course, at Horror Mall. Here's a brief synopsis of both from the back covers:

KINGDOM OF SHADOWS
A band of desperate criminals, a seemingly deserted farmhouse guarded by the rotting remnants of scarecrows, the echoes of torture and depravity and the whispers of unholy nightmares, a dark night concealing terrible secrets, misery and long-suppressed horrors. One faraway, nearly forgotten night, this night, stands between the forsaken and deliverance, but they are not alone in the darkness. CATCHING HELL
Summer, 1983. As fall approaches and the summer stock theaters on Cape Cod close for the season, three promising young actors and a stagehand pile into an old Ford Fairlane and head for a vacation resort in Maine. Hoping for a relaxing getaway before pursuing their dreams in New York City or going on to college, they instead encounter a bizarre storm while on a lonely stretch of state highway and soon find themselves stranded in the strange rural community of Boxer Hills. At first glance it seems a harmless little backwoods town, but Boxer Hills has a horrible secret and a deadly history. It is a place of horrific age-old rituals and a legendary evil that will let no one escape without paying a terrible price. Before the sun rises on a new day, they will have to fight their way through the night and out of town, or risk falling prey to an endless cycle of depravity and violence at the hands of a demonic creature so profane few will even speak its name. They were young, reckless and chasing hell. What they hadn't counted on was actually catching it.

My novel CHILDREN OF CHAOS is available in paperback at all the usual places and continues to sell well. It's received some tremendous reviews and very positive reaction from readers. If you haven't checked it out yet, here's more info.

When Martin?s dying mother hires Phil to find her son and bring him home, Phil embarks on a perilous journey that will take him from the seedy streets of Tijuana, to a dangerous and allegedly haunted stretch of desert Mexican road known as The Corridor of Demons. At the end of the road, in an old and previously abandoned church, Martin and his followers wait in the Hell-on-Earth they've created deep in the desert. There will be only one chance for redemption, one chance for salvation, and one chance to stop the rise of an antichrist?s bloody quest for demonic power.

In addition, my latest novel LONG AFTER DARK will be released in early 2010 from Delirium Books in hardcover and paperback, and there is also a digital edition planned. In the coming weeks I will also be announcing information regarding the re-release of my novel A VIEW FROM THE LAKE. A new paperback edition is coming from a different publisher that will feature a new introduction and after word, as well as new cover art, but that's all I can say publicly for now. There's lots more planned for 2010, so watch for updates here in the coming months.

Also want to let everyone know about a couple exciting new sites I'm taking part in. The HORROR MALL FORUMS is a new place to get all the latest news and updates in the genre as well as a place to chat and hang out. I have an author forum there along with several others and there?s also general discussion and a lot more.
